We are an Export house, but our connection with local market is very high. Our creative and skilled craftsmen are the best in the industry and we plan to retain them through high rewards and recognitions.  Besides providing job opportunities, we support local schools, sponsor local activities that benefit our workers and their family, and are counted upon to support worthwhile benefits for local and regional organizations.

Ethical Labor Policies~
We refuse to work with clients who indulge in child labour, nor do we employ children in our own factory. We believe a child should be given his time to grow and receive education and decide his / her own future; Guardians/ parents should not force their child to go to work, but if needed force them to go to Schools.
We always follow self discipline and BSCI conformities and do not encourage Child Labor in our premises. We expect others to follows the same.
In the manufacturing process no harmful or potentially dangerous materials are used. Besides enforcing fair labor practices, we are also at the forefront of demanding high quality and safe products for consumption.

Green Policies~
We are serious regarding our commitment towards the environment. We prefer to do Green purchases and use natural lights as much as possible.
We always keep in mind that the environment we live in, is not polluted with leather wastage, so we send scraps and wastages to processing unit from which shoe soles are made.
We inculcate the practice of sustainable consumption behavior in our employees. We believe everyone can contribute in Energy saving and low wastage generation.
